PARENTING PARADIGMS・WHERE INTENTIONAL PARENTING BEGINS
For Families
We provide education, resources, and community for parents who want to show up for their children with intention, self-awareness, and purpose.
For Schools
We partner with schools and districts to deliver professional development, family engagement programming, and keynote experiences that strengthen the connection between home and school.
For Organizations
We work with nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies to design and deliver evidence-based parenting education programs that create measurable community impact.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kaleesha Washington didn't stumble into this work. She was built for it.
She spent nearly two decades in education as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal, including her start as a Teach For America Corps Member in Los Angeles. Beyond education, she has led at the executive level across multiple organizational contexts, building and leading teams of over 100 people at a time. At every stage, she was studying leadership, not just practicing it.
Her academic foundation includes degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School.
She is a parent of 32 years, a mother of two, and a grandmother of four with a fifth on the way.
Parenting Paradigms is the convergence of all of it. The research. The experience. The leadership. And the very personal understanding that how we show up for our children is one of the most consequential decisions we will ever make.
